SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are shipped using USPS carrier. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1700 Canton Ave, Suite 4, Toledo, OH, United States 43604. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If returning a item you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange regular priced items within ten (10) calendar days. All sale items are considered final sale items and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, unused with tags attached. All returns will be in the form of an exchange or store credit for the original amount paid, minus the initial shipping charges.
If you are returning an item(s), shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. We suggest insuring packages for return, as Savvy Sistas are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
